Karen Evans worked with us to update our home.  She designed the changes, and made all the arrangements for her extremely well qualified workers to come at specific times.  She kept tabs on the workers to make sure that their work was up to our standards and hers.  We have been very satisfied with the results.  She was very easy to work with and we highly recommend her.
